Hi, I’m Heather.
I’m a life and sales coach for entrepreneurial mothers who are ready to feel calm, confident, and fully in control—at home and in their business.
I’m also a mama of three, a full-time sales leader, and a woman who rebuilt her life from the inside out.
But it wasn’t always this way.
Years ago, I was a new mom living at my parents’ house with a baby, toddler, two dogs—and a marriage that was barely holding on. From the outside, I looked like I had it all together. Inside, I was burnt out, anxious, and quietly overwhelmed.
The turning point came when I finally said out loud, “I’m not okay.”
That moment didn’t change everything overnight—but it opened the door.
Through therapy, coaching, and deep inner work, I began to reset—
my energy, my habits, and the way I was living and showing up.
And from there… everything started to shift.
I learned how to lead with my heart, build habits that actually supported my life, and communicate with clarity and confidence—in my relationships, my career, and eventually, in sales.
Today, I live and lead differently.
I move through life with more presence, intention, and self-trust.
I’ve built a career in sales rooted in connection, not pressure.
And I’ve created a business that supports my life—not competes with it.
Now, I help other women—especially entrepreneurial mothers and women of color navigating growth in their careers or businesses—do the same.
